Tasting - it's a tough job but . . .	I should start off by explaining that Jeannette and I have been privileged to witness the development of the brewery from the early days. Andy was testing his recipes and wanted some tasters and we were only too happy to oblige. From the first taste of that first beer, Merry Andrew, we realised that this was something special - full flavoured, showing character and complexity, yet very approachable and easy to drink. Since that time we have become gradually more involved with the brewery, mainly on the marketing and PR side. It has given us the unique opportunity to document the brewery as it grew. It has been a fascinating experience for us and we hope that you will also enjoy the story of the Adur Brewery. - JS	The flagship beer
